Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roman Pavel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dag Guti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Roman Pavel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dag Guti!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Sergei Dronov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pavel misses with a two punch combination.
Guti throws a combination that misses
and Pavel counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Guti down! Pavel is looking to finish but Guti is intelligently defending himself.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pavel trying to stand up but can't free himself from Guti's guard.
Guti looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Pavel tries to stand but Guti is controlling from the bottom.
Guti had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Pavel is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Guti Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Pavel's back instead.

Pavel defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Guti's arms.
Guti working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.

Pavel holding both Guti 's hands and preventing any damage.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Guti seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Pavel's chin but Pavel turns very nicely into Guti's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Pavel.
Pavel decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Guti misses with a takedown attempt - Pavel sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Pavel is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Pavel lands with an overhand left.
It looks like Dag Guti has been cut.
Pavel misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Pavel's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Pavel duly obliges.
That's three minutes gone in the round.

Pavel throws an overhand right that has Guti reeling! Pavel follows up with more punches and Guti is out cold! This one is all over!
