Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kess Oro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cory Rice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Rice throws a series of punches but Oro avoids them all with ease.

Oro fails to land with a series of punches.
Rice misses with a body shot.

Rice bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Oro's head backwards.

Rice is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Oro pulls him back up using the underhooks.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Oro.

Rice wants to get back to striking at distance but Oro won't allow it.

Oro throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Rices head.
Oro misses with a hook from the clinch.
Rice blocks a punch to the side of the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Oro keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Rice's efforts to push away.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Rice has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Oro doesn't defend quickly enough and Rice has managed to lock this one up! Can Oro escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Rice on a fantastic submission victory.
