Voss fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Boomer sprawls well initially but Voss persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Boomer actively working from the bottom here.
Voss wants to pass the guard but Boomer is defending well.
Voss moves into full mount! Boomer won't be happy about that!
Voss scoring with strikes but Boomer is staying in there.
Voss with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Boomer is trying to reverse the position but instead Voss has taken his back - oops!
