Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Hain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and I Mean Yolo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sam Hain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, I Mean Yolo!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hain throws a series of strikes that have Yolo backpedaling.


It looks like I Mean Yolo has been cut.

Hain gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Yolo to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Yolo trying to control but Hain is working from the bottom.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Yolo works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Yolo trying to mount his opponent but Hain defends it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hain has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Yolo is working away from the top position though.
Yolo is looking to advance position but Hain won't allow it.

Hain is trying to control but can't.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Sam Hain wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Hain closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Yolo's guard.
Hain passes into half guard.

Yolo looking for submissions off his back.
Hain tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Yolo.
Yolo is trying to get back to full guard.
Yolo gets back to full guard.
Hain trying to control the position from guard on top but Yolo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Yolo not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Yolo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hain is aware though and is defending well.
Yolo lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hain!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Yolo lands a big shot there that rocks Hain but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Yolo is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Hain is surviving well by controlling Yolo's body position as best he can.

Yolo moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Hain has worked his arm free - good work by Hain!

Yolo tries for a kimura but Hain is defending well.
Hain tries to bench press Yolo off him but Yolo keeps the position.
Hain gets back to half guard.

Yolo is working for a kimura but Hain is defending it quite comfortably.

Yolo is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Hain has managed to free his arm - good work.

Hain is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Hain on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Hain tries to kick Yolo off but Yolo keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Hain is defending against the submission attempts here by Yolo.
Hain trying to control but Yolo postures up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Yolo is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but I Mean Yolo will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on I Mean Yolo's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Yolo has his takedown stuffed

so Hain counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Yolo can't keep his opponent in guard - Hain advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Yolo wants to get back to full guard.
Hain stalling.
Yolo tries to roll over but Hain keeps him under control.
Hain with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Hain is looking to take a break and control but Yolo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Hain wants to stand up but Yolo is controlling the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Sam Hain wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Hain gets the takedown into side control.

Yolo manages to work his way to half guard, despite Hain's best efforts.
Yolo slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Yolo manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hain manages to get himself to full guard.
Hain is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Yolo wants to pass the guard but Hain is keeping the position.
Yolo won't allow Hain to sweep him here.
Yolo passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Hain is not content to let Yolo control the position.
Yolo advances to mount.
Yolo pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Yolo looking to take Hain's back but Hain rolls and after a scramble, Hain ends up on top in guard. Nice escape there from Hain to escape a tricky position.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Yolo keeping full guard, as Hain tries to pass.
Yolo wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Yolo has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hain can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Yolo is on top in guard.
Hain looking to hit a scissor sweep but Yolo is one step ahead there.
Yolo sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hain's guard.
Yolo looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Hain is looking to improve his position.

Yolo is looking to advance position but Hain won't allow it.
Yolo working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Yolo passes to full mount!
Yolo wants to take his opponent's back but Hain doesn't allow it.
Yolo raining down hammerfists from mount.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Yolo is looking to work his way around to Hain's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hain tries to hold on but Yolo pushes him away.
Yolo lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Hain hang on?
Yolo trying to control but he's not successful this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

I Mean Yolo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!


Yolo shoots in looking for a takedown. Hain tries to sprawl out of it but Yolo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hain manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Hain has closed the distance and engaged Yolo in a clinch.
Hain is looking to break free of the clinch but Yolo has double underhooks.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Yolo just misses with a elbow thrown towards Hain's brow.
Hain could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Hain stalling in the clinch but Yolo improves position.
Hain blocks the elbow strike.

Yolo has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Hain is trying to keep an underhook but Yolo manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Yolo seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Yolo prevents Hain from improving his position.
Yolo is looking to advance position but Hain won't allow it.
Yolo wants to control but Hain is keeping him busy.

Hain wants to get back to full guard.

Yolo is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Yolo takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Yolo is looking to advance position but Hain won't allow it.

Yolo is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Hain defends it well.

Hain makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Hain.

Yolo drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hain manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Yolo has Hain in his guard.

Yolo has his foot on Hain's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hain works his way back into a safe position though.

Hain throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Yolo is pressing down on Hain's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Yolo wants to sweep here but Hain controlling him for the moment.

Yolo wants to reverse the position here. Hain has hold of a leg though and he's dropped back looking for a kneebar! The fighters roll across the mat but Yolo is forced to tap! Yolo looks devastated but at least his leg points in the right direction.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Sam Hain!
An out of breath Sam Hain thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
