Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Newman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Eater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Eddie Newman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jimmy Eater!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Donald Grub and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eater has managed to clinch.
Eater misses with a shot to the kidneys.
A head punch on the inside from Newman fails to land.
Newman is trying to push Eater away but Eater has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Eater on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Eater throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Newmans head.
Eater tries to pull guard but Newman holds him up against the cage and eventually Eater drops back down to his feet.
Eater manages to pull guard.
Newman with a flurry of punches that miss.
Newman throwing strikes from guard but Eater blocks nicely.
Eater has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Newman should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Eater has tightened it up now! Newman should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Jimmy Eater!
After the fight, Jimmy Eater was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
