Bla kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is I'm gonna live forever. Bla Bla has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Gump takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
It looks like Bla Bla has been cut.
Bla looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Bla misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gump listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Gump sends Bla crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Gump is motioning to the referee to let Bla up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Bla shoots in for a double leg but Gump sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Bla Bla's cut is getting worse.
Gump cracks Bla's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Bla slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Gump can do further damage! This one is done, son!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Forest Gump!
In his post fight interview, Forest Gump started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
