Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nathan Takeshi!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Kingsbury.
Kingsbury lands a nice hook to Takeshi's body. Takeshi takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kingsbury tries to bum rush Takeshi with a series of wild strikes but Takeshi uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Takeshi takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Takeshi is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Kingsbury.
Takeshi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kingsbury lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Kingsbury throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kingsbury scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Takeshi doesn't seem bothered though.

Kingsbury throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Kingsbury ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Takeshi moves away.
Kingsbury throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Takeshi tries to clinch up but Kingsbury circles away and keeps his distance.
Mark Kingsbury seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kingsbury lands a glancing blow to the side of Takeshi's head.
Takeshi shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kingsbury as he jumps to the side.

Takeshi rushes Kingsbury and presses him up against the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Takeshi blocks an uppercut.
