Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Armistice Warmonger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benji Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benji Silva will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva leaves Warmonger with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Silva has taken the fight to the clinch.

Silva manages to break the clinch.

Warmonger shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Silva has his hands clasped together around Warmonger's back. He's all about the action.

Warmonger is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Silva defends it well.
Silva really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Warmonger. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Warmonger is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Silva sees it coming and defends easily.

Warmonger is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Silva is trying to maintain the position but Warmonger is very close to passing his half guard.

Warmonger is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Silva is just riding it out for now. Warmonger eventually gives up the hold.

Warmonger seems to be working for a kimura but Silva defends the submission attempt.

Warmonger seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Silva is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
