Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Uy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wa Sa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Uy comes into the arena with Bleed It Out blaring out of the sound system. Sa has chosen Fat Lip as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, William Uy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Wa Sa!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sa circles away quickly and effectively.
Sa slips a jab from Uy.
Uy swinging wildly here.
Sa avoids the body shot from Uy.
Uy will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sa scores with a sloppy right hand. Uy should have avoided that one.

Uy drops Sa with a nice combination! Uy dives into Sa's guard, looking to finish!

Sa is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Uy throws an elbow that misses. Sa uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Uy's guard. Nice move by Sa!
Sa is still in real trouble! Can Uy finish him?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Sa's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Sa postures up in Uy's guard and throws a big left but Uy blocks it.
Sa seems to have recovered his senses.
Sa won't allow Uy to sweep him here.
Sa postures up and lands a big shot to Uy's brow.
Sa postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Sa throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Uy works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Uy preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Sa is pushing down on Uy's leg trying to pass to half guard. Uy is fighting to maintain full guard but Sa has managed to sneak the leg through.
Uy holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Sa not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Uy avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Sa.

Uy wants to improve his position but Sa is controlling well.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sa connects with a nice short shot to Uy's temple.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Sa postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Uy to stand up.
Uy ducks under a wild hook from Sa.
Sa misses with a double jab.
Uy misses with a jab, cross combination.
Uy looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Sa looks to land a combination but Uy avoids it well.
Sa scores with a spinning back kick!
Sa showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Uy.
Sa scores with a head kick. Uy tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Sa catches Uy with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Wa Sa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fighters circle, before Sa throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Uy's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Sa lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

During a confident post fight interview, Wa Sa thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
