Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Graveyard Ghost!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Igor Prikhodko and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wrestler gets a takedown into half guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Wrestler is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Ghost actively working from the bottom here.
It looks like Wrestler is going to stand back up.
Wrestler is trying to control the action in half guard but Ghost is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Ghost is looking to improve his position.
Ghost is staying active underneath Wrestler, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Wrestler prevents Ghost from improving his position.
Wrestler is keen to just control but Ghost is a slippery customer.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Dias Wrestler.

Ghost gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Wrestler to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Wrestler looking to sit in guard and control but Ghost gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Wrestler on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Wrestler tries to get out of the position.

Ghost drops back looking for a leg! Wrestler is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Wrestler manages to kick Ghost off! Ghost jumps back into Wrestler's guard.

Wrestler wants to improve his position but instead Ghost has moved into half guard.

Wrestler looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Ghost is thwarting Wrestler's attempts to control the position.
Wrestler won't allow Ghost to pass to mount.

Wrestler has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ghost is working away from the top position though.
Wrestler is trying to control but Ghost manages to pass to mount!

Ghost has control of Wrestler's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Wrestler regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Ghost jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Wrestler manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Wrestler tries to bench press Ghost off him but Ghost keeps the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Ghost gets to mount! Wrestler was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Ghost working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Ghost controlling his opponent.

Ghost is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Wrestler can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Wrestler sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dias Wrestler dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!



Wrestler closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Ghost to the mat! Ghost manages to get full guard.
Wrestler has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Wrestler postures up in Ghost's guard and throws a big left but Ghost blocks it.
Ghost tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Wrestler sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Wrestler is looking to stand up but Ghost won't let him.
Ghost keeping moving, preventing Wrestler from controlling successfully.
Ghost lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Wrestler!

Ghost looking to control but Wrestler is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Ghost prevents Wrestler from getting the reversal.
Wrestler tries to lock up and control but Ghost gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Wrestler is desperately trying to improve his position but Ghost has a good base and remains in mount.

Ghost goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Wrestler turns into him and now he's in Ghost's guard.

Dias Wrestler has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Wrestler wants to clinch.

Wrestler manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Ghost on his heels. He'll look to pass Ghost's guard now, I'm sure.
Wrestler is looking to advance position but Ghost has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Wrestler working to try and regain half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wrestler wants to control but Ghost is having none of it.
Wrestler is looking to improve his position but Ghost isn't that keen on the idea.

Wrestler tries to lock up and control but Ghost gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Ghost with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Ghost takes Wrestler's back.
Wrestler just trying to survive but Ghost is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.

Ghost has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Wrestler is defending well but eventually Ghost manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Wrestler has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
