Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rung The Tank!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Shimada and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson misses with a series of wild punches.
Stevenson keeps The Tank at a distance using the push kick.
The Tank avoids a punch combination nicely.
The Tank dodges the punch combination from Stevenson.
Stevenson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but The Tank circles away quickly and effectively.
Stevenson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
The Tank throws a solid leg kick but Stevenson takes the impact on his shin and smiles at The Tank.

The Tank gets a clinch.
Stevenson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. The Tank is defending well for now.

The Tank showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Stevenson.
That kick from Stevenson tenderised The Tank's leg. The Tank is trying to keep his angry face on.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That was a close round but I would say that Jake Stevenson will probably get the nod.

No joy there for The Tank, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stevenson throws a solid leg kick but The Tank takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Stevenson.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Stevenson wants to clinch
and The Tank counters with a slapping leg kick.
Stevenson throws a head kick that misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Rung The Tank will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!


Stevenson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A bone on bone clash there as The Tank blocks the leg kick.
Stevenson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but The Tank manages to avoid it.
Stevenson misses with a series of wild punches.

The Tank swings for the body but Stevenson moves out of range.
Stevenson's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Stevenson duly obliges.
Stevenson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Stevenson wants to clinch but The Tank slips to the side
and The Tank connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Stevenson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but The Tank moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The Tank misses with a few strikes there.

and The Tank counters with a big 3 punch combo that drops Stevenson on his ass! Stevenson wobbles back to his feet half way through the count and though looking a bit dazed, the referee is going to allow the fight to continue!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Stevenson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oh Stevenson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from The Tank. Stevenson shrugs it off though.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Stevenson seems to have got his legs back now.
Stevenson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

The Tank has taken the fight to the clinch.
The Tank throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Stevensons head.
The Tank will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Stevenson up against the ropes.
The Tank lands with a light punch inside.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The Tank lands an elbow just above Stevenson 's eye.
The Tank gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
A nice glancing elbow lands by The Tank.
The referee is keeping an eye on The Tank - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
The Tank with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Stevenson tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and The Tank avoids it.

The Tank pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Rung The Tank comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well The Tank has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
