The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson leaves Christofi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Christofi is defended easily by Jackson.

Christofi instigates a clinch.

We've been told by Christofi's head coaches at LOD: Gym of the Gods that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Christofi shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jackson as he avoids it easily.
Christofi chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jackson can pounce on him.

Ben Jackson decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
