Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Popov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valentin Lluca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Valentin Lluca is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Popov misses with a takedown
and Lluca decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Popov's guard.
Popov looking for a sweep. Not yet Popov, not yet.
Lluca postures up and lands a big shot to Popov's brow.
Popov wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Lluca with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Popov is on top in guard.
Popov drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lluca looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lluca looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lluca!

Popov is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Main Event Gym that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Lluca stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Popov swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jack Popov.

Popov goes for a double leg but Lluca avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Lluca continues to drive forward.

Valentin Lluca comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Lluca winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
