Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mikey Gans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samson Miodek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Samson Miodek is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Bruno Hogan and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gans shoots in looking for a takedown. Miodek tries to sprawl out of it but Gans keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Miodek manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Miodek lands a body shot.
Gans misses with a takedown attempt - Miodek sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Miodek thuds his right hand into Gans's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Gans. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Miodek looks up at the clock and then as Gans takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Miodek smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Miodek has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
