Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michaud Korrs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dudley Moorer!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Korrs blocks the low kick.
Moorer misses with a jab, cross combination.
Korrs thows a body shot but no joy.
Moorer lands a leg kick that knocks Korrs off balance momentarily.

Moorer throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Korrs was covering up waiting for the punch and Moorer finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Moorer is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Moorer gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Moorer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Korrs manages to avoid it.

Moorer avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Moorer is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Korrs's half guard.
Moorer perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Moorer throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Korrs.
Moorer throws a right hand that Korrs ducks under and follows up with a left that Korrs also avoids with ease.
Korrs will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Moorer closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Korrs keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Moorer's efforts to push away.
Korrs tries to land knees in the clinch but Moorer avoids the damage to the body.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Moorer has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Moorer takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Korrs is looking for a sweep. Moorer is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Moorer closes the distance and pushes Korrs back into the cage.
Korrs is trying to maintain a safe position but Moorer gets an underhook and turns Korrs into the cage.

Moorer has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Korrs is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Michaud Korrs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dudley Moorer.

Dudley Moorer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Dudley Moorer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Moorer has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Dudley Moorer was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
