Nevsky comes to the cage accompanied by Here I go Again by Whitesnake. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 14 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yster Best!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Wagner Zegers and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nevsky stuffs the takedown.

Nevsky wants to free his trapped foot but Best is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Best is staying active underneath Nevsky, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Nevsky throws a strike but Best avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Nevsky looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Best tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Best is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Nevsky pulls his head out easily.
Nevsky is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Best!
Nevsky avoids the attempt from Best to control.
Nevsky lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Best is bucking up trying to escape but Nevsky cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Best is still in real trouble! Can Nevsky finish him?
Best wants to hold on but Nevsky pushes him away.
Nevsky tries to control but Best wriggling away.
Nevsky is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Best goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Nevsky!

In his post fight interview, Alexander Nevsky started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
