Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ultimate Chaos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Belfort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chaos comes to the cage accompanied by http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z78q_yvMYuQ. Belfort has chosen Symphony No. 9 by Antonin Dvorak as his entrance music. Fedor Belfort has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Ultimate Chaos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Fedor Belfort!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Atkins and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chaos takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Belfort scores with a decent looking hook.
Belfort misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ultimate Chaos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice takedown defense from Belfort. No joy for Chaos on that attempt.

Chaos takes the fight into the clinch.

Chaos has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Belfort regains guard immediately.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Chaos content to stall in guard here.

Chaos is working hard here to advance position.
Chaos controls from within his opponent's guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ultimate Chaos.

Chaos fails to land the takedown.
A jab from Chaos does it's job there.
Belfort throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Chaos shoots in but Belfort avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ultimate Chaos. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Chaos clinches up with Belfort and pushes him back against the cage.
Chaos tries to pull guard but Belfort won't allow it.
Belfort tries a body shot but Chaos blocks it.
Belfort pushes Chaos back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Belfort is looking to break free of the clinch but Chaos has double underhooks.
Chaos is looking for a takedown.
A head punch on the inside from Belfort fails to land.
Belfort is trying to break the clinch but Chaos is controlling him.
Belfort tries to work over Chaos's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Chaos has Belfort pressed against the cage, preventing Belfort from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Belfort is trying to push Chaos away but Chaos has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Belfort tries to break the clinch but Chaos is controlling the position.
Belfort prevents a takedown attempt there.
Belfort is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Chaos prevents Belfort from breaking the clinch.

Chaos breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A solid leg kick lands there for Chaos.
Chaos tries for a takedown but Belfort sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Belfort defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Chaos.
Fedor Belfort is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Chaos shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Belfort but Belfort pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Chaos tries for a takedown but Belfort circles away easily
and Belfort counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Chaos has managed to clinch.

Chaos pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Belfort comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Chaos moves into the clinch successfully.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Chaos decides to pull guard.
Chaos looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Belfort tries to free his leg and advance position but Chaos is retaining full guard.
Belfort must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Chaos has his hands on Belfort's head, controlling the position.
Belfort wants to stand but Chaos has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Chaos pushes Belfort off and scrambles back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Belfort takes a swing at Chaos's ribcage but misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Ultimate Chaos will probably get the nod.
That's time! Back to the action!


Chaos tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Belfort manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Belfort swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Chaos shoots in for a takedown but Belfort shows good takedown defense.
Belfort with a jab.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Chaos is defended easily by Belfort.
Belfort feints a jab promting Chaos to slip. Belfort then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Chaos slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Chaos looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Belfort!

Belfort tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Chaos easily slips into full mount!
Chaos prevents Belfort from getting the reversal.
Chaos sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Belfort tries to lock up and control but Chaos gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Belfort really wants to buck Chaos off and get back to his feet.
Chaos is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Belfort can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Belfort really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chaos. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Belfort really wants to buck Chaos off and get back to his feet.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Belfort wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Chaos lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Chaos.
Chaos is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Belfort up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Belfort is breathing heavily.

Chaos has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Belfort is defending well but eventually Chaos manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Belfort has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Ultimate Chaos!
A less than humble Ultimate Chaos misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
