Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chael Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Robert Sowa!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Seu Braga and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sowa avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gracie takes the fight into the clinch.
Gracie lands a body punch.
Gracie is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Sowa is working for a takedown up against the ropes. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Chael Gracie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robert Sowa.

Gracie feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Gracie works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Well, if Gracie is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Sowa has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Gracie escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Gracie!
Gracie is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Gracie has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Sowa is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Gracie's leg. Oh but that's left an opportunity for Gracie! He's got an arm triangle... it looks tight! He's rotating and Sowa has tapped! This one is allllll over!

After winning the bout, Chael Gracie thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
