Heinen creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Kazantas sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Heinen works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Kazantas knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Heinen on the ground.
