Darkim is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I'm new in da city. Alucard Darkim has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ground Pound's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darkim throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pound.
Darkim looks to throw the jab but Pound is out of range.
Alucard Darkim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pound wants to clinch up but Darkim keeps it at a distance.
Nice uppercut lands for Pound. That snapped Darkim's head back.
Darkim throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Pound counters with a thumping low kick.
Pound feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Darkim's calf.
Darkim throws a left and a right that both miss
and Pound cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Darkim has Pound pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Darkim pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Pound tumbling to the mat - Darkim dives into Pound's guard.

Pound wants to stand but Darkim is controlling the position.
Darkim is fighting to break Pound's control of his arms but Pound is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Pound uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Darkim has time to react.

Pound is looking to clinch but Darkim is avoiding it.

Pound displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Darkim throws out the jab.
Darkim might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Darkim takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Darkim swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Darkim moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Darkim is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.

Pound with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

and Pound counters with an outside leg kick.
Darkim is breathing heavily.
Darkim shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pound as he jumps to the side.
A big left from Darkim misses.
Pound feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Darkims jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Darkim walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Darkim misses with a wild combination.
Pound slips a straight right by Darkim.
Darkim lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Pound fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Darkim has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Pound works Darkim's body with a nice hook.
Pound is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Pound sends Darkim crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Pound is motioning to the referee to let Darkim up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Alucard Darkim is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Darkim misses with a right hand
and Pound counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Darkim out cold! What a finish! Pound is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
