Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mountain Rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luther Doherty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doherty has chosen Evil Boy as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rivera is defended easily by Doherty.
Rivera shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Doherty sprawls well. Doherty wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rivera gets slowly back to his feet.
Rivera tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Doherty swivels and escapes.

Rivera takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Oooooh!!! Doherty has knocked Rivera down with a huge combo! Doherty steps away and waves a wobbly Rivera back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

In his post fight interview, Luther Doherty started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
