McNamara comes to the cage accompanied by Massive Attack - Teardrop (House M.D.). Tomson has chosen Bubba Shot the Jukebox last night- Mark Chestnut as his entrance music. Sean McNamara could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Julius Tomson's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from McNamara as Tomson shoots in.
McNamara avoids a kick to the body.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from McNamara.
Tomson dodges the punch combination from McNamara.
A chopping leg kick lands by Tomson.
McNamara loads up on a big right hand but Tomson slips the punch.
Tomson checks a leg kick.
Tomson looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
McNamara throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Tomson.

McNamara drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McNamara avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Sean McNamara.
McNamara avoids the head kick by Tomson.
Tomson is looking to land body kicks.
Tomson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tomson tries a head kick but it misses.

Tomson gets a double leg takedown into McNamara's guard.

McNamara pushes Tomson off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
McNamara feints a jab promting Tomson to slip. McNamara then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Tomson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

It looks like Julius Tomson has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tomson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt McNamara.

McNamara lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Tomson is rocked!
Tomson throws a push kick but McNamara slaps the foot to one side.
Tomson is still on wobbly legs! Can McNamara finish him?

McNamara is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Tomson is in big trouble! McNamara is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Tomson. Poor guy.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Slam). Sean McNamara!
