Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 7 - 1, fighting out of New York, Delroy Holmes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kserkses Milas!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Chad Campbell and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes avoids the head kick by Milas.
Holmes with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Holmes moves in looking to clinch but Milas pushes him off.
Milas on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Milas dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Holmes. That did some damage!

Milas throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Milas lunges at Holmes with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Holmes's hand.
Holmes tries to close the distance and clinch up but Milas swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Milas is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Holmes walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Delroy Holmes is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Holmes buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

and Holmes connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Milas has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Holmes drives through and clinches with Milas against the cage.
Holmes tries to land knees in the clinch but Milas avoids the damage to the body.
Milas has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Holmes avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Holmes's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Holmes thumps Milas with a low kick.
Holmes throws a body punch but Milas moves out of range.
Milas throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Holmes misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Milas chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Holmes can pounce on him.
A looping hook to the body misses from Holmes. Milas does a little dance to reset his feet.
Holmes dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Holmes swings for the body but Milas moves out of range.
Holmes cracks the inside of Milas's front leg.
Good standup being displayed there by Holmes as he connects with a hook.
Holmes throws a low kick but Milas moves out of range easily.
Holmes with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Milas to score with a decent uppercut.

Holmes lands a jab to Milas's midsection.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Milas pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
A nice inside leg kick there by Holmes. That's going to slow Milas down.
Milas avoids the head kick by Holmes.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Milas.
Delroy Holmes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kserkses Milas.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Holmes throws a front kick aimed at Milas's knee but Milas avoids it well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Delroy Holmes will probably get the nod.

Milas feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Holmess jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Holmes throws a low kick, looking for Milas's leg but Milas calmly moves out of range.

Holmes and Milas are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Holmes throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Milas into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Holmes knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
