The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Madness uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Burman.
Burman misses with the combination.

Madness closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Burman did well to prevent Madness getting side control.
Madness passes to side control.

Madness is trying to get an arm triangle but Burman is defending well.
Madness trying to control the action but Burman is working from the bottom.
Madness creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Burman sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Burman wants to get back to his feet but Madness drags him back down.
Madness advances nicely into full mount.
Madness wants to control but instead Burman manages to regain half guard.

Madness has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Burman defend it? Madness steps over the head and cranks it - Burman is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Madness!
