Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Veikko Rastila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tadas Menelaos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rastila comes to the cage accompanied by One Hit. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Menelaos gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Menelaos looks to land a left hand but Rastila moved out of range nicely.
Rastila throws a leg kick but Menelaos moved away.
Menelaos misses with a looping right.
Rastila throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Rastila throws a quick inside leg kick.
Menelaos throws a combination that misses
and Rastila counters with an inside leg kick.
An inside leg kick lands from Rastila.
Menelaos fails with an attempt to clinch.
Rastila throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rastila throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rastila fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Menelaos has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Menelaos takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Rastila feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Menelaos's calf.
Rastila steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Menelaos.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Rastila.

Veikko Rastila seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rastila tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Menelaos takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Good leg kick by Rastila there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Menelaos's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Rastila dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Menelaos. That did some damage!
Rastila throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Menelaos takes a kick to the side of the head.
An inside leg kick lands from Rastila.
Rastila lands with a kick to the ribs.
Menelaos doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Rastila lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Menelaos has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Rastila.
Rastila feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Menelaoss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Menelaos chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rastila can pounce on him.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Rastila throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Rastila moves into range and connects with a jab.
A good leg kick by Rastila.
Rastila lands with a good body shot.
Rastila is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Menelaos takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A solid leg kick lands there for Rastila.
Rastila scores with a sloppy right hand. Menelaos should have avoided that one.

Rastila is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Menelaos takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Rastila lands a big head kick that sends Menelaos tumbling to the mat! Rastila takes a step backwards and waves Menelaos back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Menelaos is rocked!
Both fighters circling a little - Rastila finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Menelaos is still on wobbly legs! Can Rastila finish him?
Rastila just misses with a punch to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Veikko Rastila dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Rastila drops Menelaos with a straight right hand, right on the button! Rastila follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Veikko Rastila!

Veikko Rastila very nearly forgot to thank Perkele! amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
