The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prechantakul doesn't manage to clinch there - Pegeant circles away.
Pegeant avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Prechantakul moves into the clinch successfully.
Pegeant is trying to drag Prechantakul to the mat but Prechantakul just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Prechantakul displaying some good clinch control by pressing Pegeant up against the cage.
Prechantakul is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Pegeant to keep the fight standing.

Pegeant quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Prechantakul has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Pegeant celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
