Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Captain America (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cabbage Patch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). America comes to the cage accompanied by Captain America . Patch has chosen Stormtrooper-Pepper as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
America moves out of range as Patch strikes.
Patch swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Patch misses with a hook.
Patch throws a series of punches but America moves out of range.
Sloppy strikes from Patch. Those never looked like landing.
America will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

America shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Patch's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
America prevents Patch from getting back to his feet.

America stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Patch digs a good body shot into America 's ribs.

Patch lands a left and a right that send America crashing to the mat, dazed. Patch thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Captain America has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Patch throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Patch misses with a straight left.
America with a poor takedown
enabling Patch to counter with a crisp jab.

America gets the takedown into side control.
Patch is trying to get back to his feet.
Patch is trying to improve his position.
America creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
America lands a few punches from side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.

America has hold of Patch's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Patch seems comfortable defending it but America has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Patch is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Patch is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but America couldn't care less - he's delighted!

In his post fight interview, Captain America started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
