The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Shimada and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. King showed some decent athleticism there.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

King has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Pasca clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Pasca manages to reverse the position and now he's in King's guard. Nice work there by Pasca.

Pasca drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but King manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Pasca has King in his guard.

Pasca drops back, looking for a kneebar! King looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. King looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from King!
