PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brigadir Ivanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaromir Elias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ivanov might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Gyuro Kyumuro - Zodia Zheuezen. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Elias pushes Ivanov up against the cage in a clinch.

Elias shoots in looking for a takedown but Ivanov manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Elias's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Elias fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Ivanov sprawls well initially but Elias persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Ivanov is looking for a triangle but Elias pushes his legs off easily.

Elias wants to stand and escape but Ivanov is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Elias pushes Ivanov off and gets back to his feet.

Ivanov is trying to pull guard but Elias turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Elias is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Ivanov can't fight it off and eventually Elias manages to take the fight to the floor. Ivanov looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Elias has gone for a leg lock! Ivanov slips out almost immediately though and dives into Elias's guard.
