The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Exlax shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Thump but Thump pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Exlax drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Exlax goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Thump has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Exlax but great work by Thump.
Thump is looking to take a break and control but Exlax is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Exlax is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now.
Exlax tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Thump presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Thump is trying to control Exlax's posture but Exlax avoids it.
Thump is not content to let Exlax control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Thump gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Exlax prevents Thump from improving his position.

That's time! Thump's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Exlax is trying hard to land a takedown here. Thump sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Exlax shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Thump pinned against the cage. Thump gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Thump does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Exlax shoots in looking for a takedown. Thump tries to sprawl out of it but Exlax keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Thump manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Thump counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Exlax takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Thump throws a low kick, looking for Exlax's leg but Exlax calmly moves out of range.

It looks like Richard Exlax has been cut.
Thump throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Thump displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Exlax.
Thump lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Big Thump is winning the standup battle so far.

Thump lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Exlax crumples to the floor! Thump milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:06 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Big Thump!
An out of breath Big Thump thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
