Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sanosuke Katsushiro!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turner throws a front kick that sends Katsushiro stumbling back into the cage.
Katsushiro is trying hard to land a takedown here. Turner sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Katsushiro shoots for a takedown but Turner saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Turner lands with a nice body kick.
Turner gets a clinch.
Katsushiro tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Ian Turner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sanosuke Katsushiro.
Turner comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Turner is pressed up against the cage. Katsushiro has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Turner down to the mat. Turner avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Katsushiro looks winded!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Turner keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Katsushiro's efforts to push away.
Turner dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.

Katsushiro takes an elbow to the temple.
Turner lands a damaging elbow.
Turner content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Katsushiro tries to pull guard but Turner won't allow it.
Turner is pushing Katsushiro up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Turner is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Katsushiro is defending well for now.
Turner lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Katsushiro wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Ian Turner.
Turner turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Sanosuke Katsushiro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turner scores with a head kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

A looping hook to the body misses from Turner. Katsushiro does a little dance to reset his feet.
Turner lands a big head kick that sends Katsushiro tumbling to the mat! Turner takes a step backwards and waves Katsushiro back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Katsushiro is rocked!
Katsushiro takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Katsushiro is still on wobbly legs! Can Turner finish him?
Katsushiro walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Katsushiro limp body while Turner jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ian Turner!
