Thomas shoots in and bounces IV off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

IV is trying to control the position here. Thomas has hold of a guillotine from the top though... oh, that looks naaaaasty, will IV tap? Yes he will! The fight is all over! Thomas jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd.
