Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rj McLovin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Thunders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McLovin comes into the arena with Nas - Etherl blaring out of the sound system. Thunders has chosen Ain't That A Kick In The Head by Dean Martin as his entrance music. Johnny Thunders acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rj McLovin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Thunders!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Franklyn Lucas and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunders blocks a jab.
Thunders connects with the punch.
McLovin moves out of range as Thunders strikes.
McLovin keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
McLovin checks the leg kick.
Thunders is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.


It looks like Johnny Thunders has been cut.
McLovin ducks under a wild hook from Thunders.
McLovin throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
McLovin swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Rj McLovin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McLovin takes a swing at Thunders's ribcage but misses.
Thunders connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Thunders throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Thunders moves into the clinch.
McLovin jumps guard but Thunders turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
McLovin is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Thunders manages to break the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
McLovin misses with a combination
and Thunders counters with a nice low kick that buckles McLovin's knee momentarily.
McLovin tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A nice inside leg kick there by Thunders. That's going to slow McLovin down.
Thunders scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
McLovin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Thunders moves away.
Good exchange - Thunders coming out on top.
McLovin avoids the head kick by Thunders.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McLovin loads up on a big right hand but Thunders slips the punch.
Thunders looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
A looping hook to the body misses from Thunders. McLovin does a little dance to reset his feet.
Thunders lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
A low kick from McLovin is predictable there
and Thunders counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.


McLovin is rocked!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Thunders throws a sloppy head kick and McLovin moves out of range easily.
McLovin uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Thunders has time to react.
McLovin checks a leg kick.
A nice leg kick lands there from Thunders.
McLovin throws a poor cross that misses
letting Thunders counter with a right hand.
Oh McLovin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Thunders doesn't manage to clinch there - McLovin circles away.
McLovin on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
McLovin seems to have got his legs back now.
Thunders looks to score with a jab to the body but McLovin is just out of range.
Thunders cracks the inside of McLovin's front leg.
Thunders connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends McLovin to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Thunders!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Johnny Thunders!
A very excited looking Johnny Thunders made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
