Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bocca Tatanka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hok Chook Homaychonk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Homaychonk comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Inspired Warrior kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Homaychonk has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tatanka shoots in looking for a takedown. Homaychonk tries to sprawl out of it but Tatanka keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Homaychonk manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Homaychonk looks gassed!
Homaychonk wants to clinch up but Tatanka keeps it at a distance.
Tatanka moves out of range of the body kick from Homaychonk.
Tatanka shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Homaychonk's guard.

Tatanka gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Homaychonk keeps the fight on the outside.
Homaychonk on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Tatanka. Tatanka obviously looking to wear him down.

Tatanka seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Homaychonk for as long as he can get away with.

Tatanka is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Homaychonk's shoulder. That is not cool.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Bocca Tatanka just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Homaychonk closes the distance but Tatanka moves to the side
and Tatanka counters with a three punch combo that has Homaychonk backing up. Homaychonk nods at Tatanka to acknowledge the strikes.
Hok Chook Homaychonk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Homaychonk swats away the attempt to clinch by Tatanka.
Tatanka tries to clinch up but Homaychonk circles away and keeps his distance.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
A solid body kick from Homaychonk.
Homaychonk ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tatanka moves away.
Tatanka drives through with a takedown into guard.
Tatanka decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Homaychonk, up you get!
Hok Chook Homaychonk is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Tatanka shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Tatanka was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Tatanka ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Tatanka no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Tatanka is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Tatanka isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Homaychonk stacks Tatanka on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Homaychonk!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tatanka, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
