Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Paul McKenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Battery Maximus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McKenzie might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Norma Jean- Memphis Will be Laid to Waste. Paul McKenzie had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McKenzie fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Maximus moves out of range as McKenzie strikes.
Battery Maximus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McKenzie lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Maximus at a distance.

It looks like Battery Maximus has been cut.
McKenzie throws a series of punches but Maximus moves out of range.
Maximus loads up on a big right hand but McKenzie slips the punch.
A nice combination there by McKenzie.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The crowd cheers as McKenzie lands an impressive looking overhand right. Maximus doesn't seem phased though.

Maximus has closed the distance and engaged McKenzie in a clinch.
McKenzie wants to break free but Maximus has control.

Maximus breaks the clinch.
McKenzie throws a right hand that Maximus ducks under and follows up with a left that Maximus also avoids with ease.
McKenzie just misses with a punch to the body.
Maximus throws a head kick but McKenzie moves out of range.
McKenzie moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

McKenzie throws a nice looking combination but Maximus bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Maximus is rocked!
McKenzie throws an uppercut from hell that sends Maximus clean off his feet! He's out cold! McKenzie stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
