Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gaia Ky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Satan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ky might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to TIAMAT - Gaia. Satan has chosen Bullet For My Valentine - Hit The Floor as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Ryoma Takatsuka and Micheangelo Fripello.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ky fails in his attempt to clinch.
Satan circles away from the clinch attempt.
A slapping leg kick lands for Satan.
Satan fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gaia Ky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
An inside leg kick lands from Ky.
Satan showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ky.

Ky lands a jab.
Satan's jab looks to have found its range, popping Ky under the eye.
Ky doesn't manage to clinch there - Satan circles away.
Ky tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Satan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

and Satan counters with a shoot takedown. Ky fights it but they end up in guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Satan wants to pass the guard but Ky is keeping the position.
Ky pulls Satan in close to his closed guard and prevents Satan from doing any damage or advancing position.

Ky is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Satan is controlling him.
Ky is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Satan lands a head kick. Ky smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
A telegraphed right hand from Ky misses the target.
Ky lands a nice shot to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Satan throws a leg kick but Ky sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Satan takes the fight into the clinch.
Satan wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Ky has him pressed against the cage.
Satan tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Ky blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Satan works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

Satan thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Satan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ky swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Ky wants to stand but Satan is controlling the position.

Ky got a little sloppy there for a moment and Satan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ky has managed to get both his arms back between Satan's legs - danger averted.

Satan slips under a jab from Ky.
Ky fakes the leg kick and cracks Satan in the body.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Ky.
Ky misses with a hook.
Ky is looking to land body kicks.
Ky lands with a kick to the temple. Satan shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Ky stalks Satan and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Satan's face. Satan staggers backwards, shaken.
Ky tries to clinch there but Satan circles away.
Satan throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Satan throws a nice inside leg kick.
Ky is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ky doesn't manage to clinch there - Satan circles away.

Satan closes the distance and pushes Ky back into the cage.
Satan lands with a right to the head.
Ky swings wildly with an uppercut but Satan uses good head movement to avoid it.

Satan has Ky pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Ky manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Ky lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Satan tightens his grip and picks Ky up, before dumping him to the ground. Ky manages to land in guard.
Ky controls Satan momentarily but Satan frees himself.

Satan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ky swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Satan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Satan shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ky manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Satan seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ky does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Satan cracks Ky with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

A relieved looking Damien Satan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
