PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Seun Hyun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hotaru Kurosaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Seun Hyun had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.9lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hotaru Kurosaki!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Taro Takaoka and Shirou Masuda.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kurosaki shoots in looking for a takedown but Hyun manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kurosaki's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Hyun looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Kurosaki closes the distance and clinches.

Kurosaki's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Kurosaki darts in and clinches Hyun up against the cage.
Kurosaki wants a takedown but no success here.

Kurosaki gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Kurosaki passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Kurosaki has hold of Hyun's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Hyun seems comfortable defending it but Kurosaki has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Hyun is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Hyun is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Kurosaki couldn't care less - he's delighted!
