Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Renato Sanches (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brodus Clay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sanches might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Breaking Benjamin - Ordinary Man . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brodus Clay!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanches looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Clay is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sanches.
Sanches throws a right hand that misses
and Clay counters with a nice uppercut.
Sanches takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sanches. Clay does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sanches avoids the body shot from Clay.
Clay misses the shot to the body.
Sanches pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Donk. Clay catches Sanches right on the button with a cross.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nice straight punches there by Sanches. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Sanches.

It looks like Brodus Clay has been cut.
Sanches cracks the inside of Clay's front leg.
Clay misses the shot to the body.
Sanches waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Clay.
Sanches checks the leg kick nicely there.
Sanches looks to land a body kick but Clay moved away.
Nice uppercut lands for Sanches. That snapped Clay's head back.
Clay looks to score with a jab to the body but Sanches is just out of range.
Sanches lands a jab to Clay's midsection.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Clay lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sanches circles away quickly and effectively.
Clay throws the left hand but Sanches avoids the punch easily.
Sanches takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Clay connects with a nice looking jab.
Clay fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Sanches throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
The crowd cheers as Clay lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sanches doesn't seem phased though.
Sanches misses the shot to the body.
Sanches lands the left hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sanches throws the left hand but Clay avoids the punch easily.
A combination from Sanches does no damage.
Sanches walks into a stiff left hand from Clay.

Sanches is rocked!
Clay rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Sanches counters with a nice uppercut.
Oh Sanches is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sanches bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Sanches misses with a body punch
and Clay counters with a big right hand! Oh Sanches is in trouble here! Clay follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
