Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Torinaka Gomi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Deivid Trenchev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Torinaka Gomi has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shirou Masuda.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomi misses with a hook. Trenchev ducked under it nicely.
Trenchev falls off balance throwing a combination
and Gomi counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Gomi will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Trenchev tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Gomi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Trenchev gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Gomi to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Trenchev is trying to keep Gomi in close.
Gomi might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Gomi advances to half guard.
Gomi stalling.

Trenchev tries to roll over but Gomi keeps him under control.

Gomi wants to free his trapped foot but Trenchev is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Trenchev moves in looking to clinch but Gomi pushes him off.
Trenchev scores with a leg kick.

Gomi sends Trenchev crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Gomi is motioning to the referee to let Trenchev up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Trenchev is rocked!

It looks like Deivid Trenchev has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gomi throws an overhand right that has Trenchev reeling! Gomi follows up with more punches and Trenchev is out cold! This one is all over!
