Underworld comes to the cage accompanied by Mr. Torture. Rivera has chosen Your Hand in Mine as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Underworld does no damage.
Rivera throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Rivera throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Underworld sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Rivera misses with a double jab.
Underworld throws a one two combo.
Underworld fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Underworld throws a right hand that Rivera ducks under and follows up with a left that Rivera also avoids with ease.
Underworld throws a lazy head kick
and Rivera counters with a good low kick that Underworld was not able to check.

and Rivera makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Rivera keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Underworld closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Rivera's guard.

Rivera throws a series of punches but Underworld moves out of range.
Rivera clobbers Underworld with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Rivera's jab looks to have found its range, popping Underworld under the eye.

and Rivera counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Rivera connects with a looping right hand.

Carlos Rivera dominated that round.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Rivera.
Underworld fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rivera manages to avoid it.
Underworld is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Sloppy strikes from Underworld. Those never looked like landing.

Hades Underworld is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Rivera avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Rivera smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Underworld shoots in looking for a takedown but Rivera manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Underworld's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Underworld shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rivera but Rivera pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Rivera lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Underworld at a distance.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Rivera throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Underworld on the side of the head.

Rivera goes for a small jab and connects. Now Rivera goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Underworld stumbles back but Rivera runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Underworld to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Underworld will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
