PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between B JJ (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aiden White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). JJ comes to the cage accompanied by Selling My Soul-by- BLACK SABBATH. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, B JJ!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aiden White!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
JJ swats away the attempt to clinch by White.
White is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
White will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
JJ takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! JJ crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from White - the referee stops the clock and JJ gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says White. JJ manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

White fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with JJ, pushing him back against the cage.

JJ can't get the takedown.

White decides to pull guard.

JJ is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
JJ will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
White keeping full guard, as JJ tries to pass.

That's one minute gone in the round.
White really doesn't want to stay on the ground with JJ. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
White wants to stand but JJ is controlling the position.

JJ drops back looking for a leg! White is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and White manages to kick JJ off! JJ jumps back into White's guard.
JJ advances position into side control!

JJ tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no JJ has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

That's two minutes gone in the round.

JJ has hold of White's arm. He's looking for a kimura. White seems comfortable defending it but JJ has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! White is real pain and he's forced to tap out! White is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but JJ couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). B JJ!
