Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Spud Spud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erwin Korba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spud comes to the cage accompanied by Lobby. Erwin Korba has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Spud Spud!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Erwin Korba!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Korba staying out of range there.
Spud defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Korba.
Spud throws an overhand right that lands on Korba's shoulder, as Korba tries to avoid the shot.

Spud takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Spud throws a sloppy head kick and Korba moves out of range easily.
Korba thows a body shot but no joy.

Korba lands a glancing blow to the side of Spud's head.

Spud ducks under a wild hook from Korba.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Korba is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Spud is just riding it out for now. Korba eventually gives up the hold.
