Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dingo Monster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Mir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dingo Monster!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Frank Mir!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Eliza Hachem and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monster wants to clinch up but Mir keeps it at a distance.

Monster moves into the clinch successfully.
Monster with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

It looks like Frank Mir has been cut.
Mir is trying to drag Monster to the mat but Monster just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Monster is pressed up against the cage. Mir has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Monster down to the mat. Monster avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Monster keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Mir wants to clinch up but Monster keeps it at a distance.
Monster wants to clinch.
Mir closes the distance and clinches up with Monster, looking for a takedown. Mir pushes Monster against the cage but Monster circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Dingo Monster has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Mir.
Monster scores with a leg kick.
Mir tries for a takedown but Monster sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Mir on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Monster. Monster obviously looking to wear him down.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mir swings for the body but Monster moves out of range.

Monster connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Mir to the floor! Monster dives in looking for the finish!

Mir is rocked!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Monster scores with a big shot! Mir's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Mir! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dingo Monster!
