Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Craig Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, David Peters!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Peters.
Peters throws a series of punches but Brown avoids them all with ease.
Brown tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Peters manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Brown misses with the combination.
A right-left combo lands from Brown.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Brown.
Peters misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Peters lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Brown circles away quickly and effectively.
Peters misses with a straight right.
Peters misses with a series of wild punches.

Brown moves into the clinch successfully.

Peters breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Peters swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Peters throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Brown counters with a big head kick but Peters shrugs it off.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Brown lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Peters at a distance.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Some wild striking there from Peters.
Brown fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
David Peters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Peters fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Peters throws a right hand that Brown ducks under and follows up with a left that Brown also avoids with ease.
Brown scores with a head kick.


Peters is rocked!
Brown thows a body kick. Peters tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Peters is still on wobbly legs! Can Brown finish him?
Brown plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Peters to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Peters just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Craig Brown!
After winning the bout, Craig Brown thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
