And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Igor Prikhodko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palicki fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
No joy there for Jones, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jones throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jones fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Palicki looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jones is fending him off so far but Palicki persists. Nope, Jones circles away and we're back to standing.
Palicki shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jones eats them both and turns towards Palicki to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Jakoba Jones has been cut.
Palicki moves in looking to clinch but Jones pushes him off.
Palicki scores with a takedown into Jones's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Palicki is posturing up here but Jones has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Palicki tries to roll out but it's too tight and Palicki has to tap! Slick submission there by Jones!

Jakoba Jones decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
