Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Morgan Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Vega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Morgan Freeman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Steve Vega!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vega shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Vega bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Freeman fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Freeman connects with a jab.
Freeman lands a nice looking body shot.
Vega throws a low kick, looking for Freeman's leg but Freeman calmly moves out of range.
Freeman throws a shot to the body.
Morgan Freeman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Freeman uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Vega.
Freeman connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Vega tries a head kick but it misses.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Freeman digs a good hook to Vega's body.
Vega tries to work over Freeman's front leg with a kick but Freeman checks it.
Vega is looking to land body kicks.
Freeman fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Vega throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Freeman scores with the left hand. Vega knows he should have avoided that one.
Vega takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Vega shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Freeman pinned against the cage. Freeman gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Vega takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Vega goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Freeman lands a really nice looking cross but Vega seems unphased.
Vega's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Freeman connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Vega scrambles back to his feet.

Vega is rocked!
Vega is holding his hands too far apart here. Freeman throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Vega is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
