Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cyprien Noe Cyr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Sunshine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cyr's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Frog Song. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sunshine throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cyr.
Sunshine misses with a wild combination.
Cyr doesn't manage to clinch there - Sunshine circles away.
Cyr throws a push kick but Sunshine slaps the foot to one side.
Sunshine looks to land a combination but Cyr avoids it well.
Cyr moves in looking to clinch but Sunshine pushes him off.
Cyr closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

It looks like Cyprien Noe Cyr has been cut.
Sunshine lands with a hook. Cyr tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Cyr slips a jab and a cross from Sunshine.
Sunshine throws a nice looking combination but Cyr bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Cyr connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Cyr looks to land a combination but Sunshine avoids it well.

and Cyr counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Sunshine!

Cyr decides to stand back up.

Cyr takes the fight into the clinch.
Sunshine lands a right hand that snaps the head of Cyr backwards.
Sunshine wants to break free but Cyr has control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cyr tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Sunshine avoids it.
Cyr fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Cyr is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Sunshine to keep the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cyprien Noe Cyr. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sunshine wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Cyr has him pressed against the cage.
Cyr has Sunshine pressed against the cage, preventing Sunshine from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Cyr jumps guard but Sunshine turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Sunshine blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Cyr pushes off an throws an elbow but Sunshine leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Cyr throws a knee to the head but misses.
Cyr using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Sunshine has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Sunshine's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Sunshine looks to throw the jab but Cyr is out of range.

Cyr instigates a clinch.
Sunshine tries to break free but Cyr pushes him back against the cage.

Sunshine throws out a loose jab but Cyr uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cyr tries to close the distance and clinch but Sunshine swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Cyr gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Sunshine drops Cyr with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Cyr! Sunshine dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
