The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eliott shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Winchester as he jumps to the side.

Winchester stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Winchester wants it to stay on the feet.
Sam Winchester has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Eliott.
Eliott shoots in and drives through. Winchester sprawls well.

Winchester is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Winchester lands a left and a right that send Eliott crashing to the mat, dazed. Winchester thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Winchester feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Eliott sprawling to the canvas! Eliott rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Winchester finish him?!

Eliott seems to have recovered his senses.

and Winchester counters with a nice right hand that sends Eliott toppling to the canvas! Eliott scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Winchester finish him?!
Winchester connects with a superb combination that knocks Eliott out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Winchester before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Eliott!
