Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mirko Crocop!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Winston Howard and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rojas will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Crocop misses with a wild body shot.
Rojas misses with a few strikes there.
A punch combination from Rojas misses.
Rojas moves in looking to clinch but Crocop pushes him off.
Nelson Rojas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rojas throws a combination that misses
and Crocop counters with a stiff right hand.
Rojas clinches up against the cage.
Crocop goes for a takedown in the clinch but Rojas prevents it.
Rojas lands with a right to the head.
Crocop tries to score a body lock takedown but Rojas shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Rojas makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Crocop is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Rojas to keep the fight standing.
Nelson Rojas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mirko Crocop.

Rojas lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Crocop takes a shot to the head.
Rojas drops Crocop onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Crocop is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Crocop is rocked!
It looks like Mirko Crocop has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rojas pushes Crocop against the cage. Rojas is working some dirty boxing. Rojas pushes off with a quick right hook! Crocop goes down! Crocop tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Rojas moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
