Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dirk Damon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilian Mladenov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Damon comes to the cage accompanied by Grind With Me. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mladenov clobbers Damon with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Mladenov scores with a hook to the body. Damon takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Mladenov lands a big right hand that sends Damon crashing to the mat! Mladenov stays standing though and waves Damon back to his feet!
Oh Damon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Dirk Damon's cut is getting worse.
Mladenov lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Damon up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Mladenov from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Damon's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ilian Mladenov!
After the fight, Ilian Mladenov was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
